The protection of your personal data matters to us. This website deliberately operates without tracking, without analytics services and without third-party content: no resources are loaded from external servers, no advertising networks are embedded and no usage profiles are created.

Cookies

This website uses only a functional cookie (lang) that stores your language choice (German/English) and – only while you fill in a form – a technical session cookie protecting against misuse (CSRF protection, security code). Neither cookie contains personal profiles, and neither is used for advertising or analytics. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

Contact and reservation forms

When you use one of our forms (contact, day tour, round trip or villa reservation, guestbook), we process the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, phone number, travel dates and your message) solely to handle and answer your enquiry. The data is transmitted to us by email and is not passed on to third parties unless necessary to fulfil a booking (e.g. passing your name to a booked hotel).

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract / performance of a contract) or your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by submitting the form.

Guestbook

Guestbook entries are reviewed by us before publication (moderated). Only the fields you provide – name, place of residence (optional) and your text – are published. Your email address is never published. You may request deletion of your entry at any time by email.

Server log files

When you visit the website, the web server automatically stores technical access data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser identifier). Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw any consent given at any time.
