Wedding with civil ceremony

A civil wedding on Bali is legally valid – and with our organisation it is straightforward: we take care of all the formalities, documents and administrative errands.

Wedding organisation at your holiday hotel

IDR 21,285,000 (excluding decoration and food – these are organised by the hotel and charged separately)

The package includes:

Documents from the German consulate: clearance letter (based on the certificate of no impediment), legalisation and translation of the marriage certificate
Legal wedding: priest, registrar, Indonesian marriage certificates of church and registry office
Extra fees for priest and registrar attending at the hotel or venue
Pre-wedding briefing at your holiday hotel, document service, administrative errands
Interpreter at the wedding

Photographer including travel: IDR 7,400,000 – including access to an online folder for downloading the pictures.

For nationalities other than German, extra document fees apply depending on the embassy/consulate.

Wedding arrangement at Villa Kompiang

IDR 23,800,000

Getting married in a tropical garden in the heart of Bali – in Balinese dress or casually in a sarong. In addition to the legal wedding (as above), the package includes:

Use of a villa for dressing and preparation
Wedding pavilion with Balinese-style decoration
Bridal bouquet and buttonhole
Welcome drink and canapés for up to 6 people
1 bottle of sparkling wine for the toast
Flower girls in Balinese dress during the wedding and for the photo shoot at the villa
Free transfer from your hotel to the villa and back (a transfer fee applies from north or east Bali)

Payment

Under Indonesian payment law all prices must be quoted in local currency (Indonesian rupiah). You may pay in foreign currency such as euros, US dollars or Swiss francs – the price is converted at the daily rate.
